Get A Kick With Ginger Tea Punch

In two cups of water, mixed a tablespoon of minced fresh ginger, a bottle of ginger ale, two tablespoon of orange juice concentrate, a drop of lemon juice and two teaspoons of sugar, just before serving, strain the tea and stir in the ginger ale. Add ice if desired.

Wake The Body With Acupressure

With the fingertips, trace the undersides of your collarbone to your sternum. Next, move your fingers a half inch to either side. Gently massage the two soft spots you feel (known as the K27 acupressure points) to help sharpen your concentration.

Put Out Neck Stiffness

Sit with your left hand on the armrest. Pull your left shoulder down and turn your head to the right. With your right hand, gently pull your head slightly forward and towards your right shoulder. Hold for three breaths. Let your head roll down to your chest. Lift and repeat on the other side.
