Keep Your Immune System In Tip-Top Condition

Get Better Quality Rest

Avoid eating heavy meals or indulging in strenuous activity at least two hours prior to going to sleep. Have a warm bath before retiring for the night or just soak your feet in a basin of warm water, listen to soothing music two hours before going to bed, and sleep in a cool environment. Breathe Easy

Deep, slow, measured breaths is one of the easiest and most immediate ways of slowing down it has an instant effect on your heart rate and your physical movement. Sit down on the floor or on a cushion with your legs loosely crossed and your hands resting in your lap or on your lap or on a cushion with your knees. Keeping your back straight, but not rigid, and your shoulders down, inhale slowly and deeply making sure that your lungs are filled. Slowly exhale. Concentrate on each inhalation and exhalation. Create ME Days

Dont be tempted to fill every hour of every day with activity. Learn to enjoy time alone and use it to think about the things that make you happy, the people who make you feel good about yourself, and the way you want to live. Start by taking baby steps to change the things you dont currently like but have control. Go to the movies, go shopping on your own and buy what you like.
