Cancer (June 22-July 23)

Set aside time to exercise with your romantic partner to bring you two closer. Consider social dancing or just stretch your limbs for good health.

Leo (July 24-August 22)

Don't let pressure from unfinished work get to you. Try rollerblading or seasports, or pamper yourself with a body scrub and aroma massage to soothe tired muscles.

Virgo (August 23-September 23)

Meet new acquaintances at the gym and/or basketball court. Or, pack up and go camping overseas. Take care of possible migraines or backaches.

Libra (September 24-October 23)

Your new-found interest in spirituality or health may take you overseas mid-month to a health s seminar or workshop. You may decide to go on a vegetarian diet.

Scorpio (October 24-November 22)

Meditation will ease the stress caused by conflicts a with your partner or family members. All things will be resolved by the end of the month, so take heart. o For now, try a new diet or join a yoga class. 

Sagittarius (November 23-December 21)

It's a busy month but make time for an appointment with your dentist or doctor. Embark on an exercise programme and stick with it. Lower your cholesterol level by cutting back on Garbs and starch. Power mantra: I am at peace.

Capricorn (December 22-January 20)

These busy times may trigger your short temper and moodiness. Share your thoughts with your loved one to diffuse the anger. A short trip with him, plus exercises may boost your stamina and recharge your spirit.

Aquarius (January 21-February 19)

Allow your creativity to flow! Take up music lessons or enrol in an art workshop. The first half of this month will tend to be busy and active. Make sure you do some simple exercises or stretching should you need to sit for long periods of time. Power mantra: I love and approve of myself.
