Penis Stretching Exercise

To begin the penis stretching exercise, you need a cloth. It don't have to be too big but large enough to wrap your penis. The first step is to soak it in hot-warm water and wringing out the excess water. Secondly wrap the warm cloth around the shaft of your penis. You penis state may either be in flaccid (soft) or erect (hard).

Hold it there for a minute, then repeat a couple of times. Remember to dry off your penis well as this will ensure a good grip for the exercises you're about to perform. With the penis in its flaccid state, take one of your hand and grip firmly around the head of your penis.

Extra careful is required to prevent cut off too much circulation. Pull your penis towards you and stretch it as much as you can without causing any discomfort or pain. For every minute, pull your penis out slightly further each time. Do it and stay there for about 5 minutes.

When 5 minutes have pass, relax for one minute and then twirl your penis in a circular motion about 30 times. Next pull your penis directly in front of yourself 4 times in a different direction for each time, up, down, to the left and to the right. Hold it there for 5 minute.

After every 5 minutes pull, relax for one minute then twirl your penis in a circular motion about 30 times. This gets the circulation flowing again. When you have finally completed the 5 pulls of 5 minutes each, pull your penis out towards you one last time. Give it a good 1 minutes stretch and 10 slight tugs outward. Remember not to jerk too hard and stretching exercise should takes about 25 to 30 minutes for each session.
