Mind-blowing Funky D.I.Y Caps

Victorian Fedora

Fashion victory's all yours with this funky fedora.

You Need

  • Fedora hat
  • Lace
  • Spray paint
  • Mounting spray
  • Masking tape
  • Different colored and patterned feathers
  • Brooch

Step 1

Spray mounting spray evenly across one side of the lace.

Step 2

Line the lace around the hot, pressing down firmly. Snip the extra lace off. This creates a stencil for lace patterns on the hot.

Step 3

Using masking tape, cover areas of the fedora that are not lined with lace.

Step 4

Hold the spray can at least 25 from the hat and spray paint on the lace evenly. Allow this to dry before applying another layer. Ensure that the lace is completely coated with spray paint.

Step 5

Wait at least 15 minutes before peeling the masking tapes and lace off the hot.

Step 6

Adorn the fedora with features and a Victorian brooch as a finishing touch.
